Brave Noise is a global collaborative effort to provide inclusive and safe environments for women, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ throughout the beer industry. By brewing this beer, your brewery is standing in solidarity with those who shared their stories about mistreatment and who are survivors of gender discrimination, racism, sexual assault, and harassment within the industry. By standing with us now, you are part of the movement for change that is long overdue in beer.
Beer has always been a great unifier. Let’s come together, discuss how we can do better, and create inclusive and safe environments for our staff and consumers.
Take the next steps and let’s build our (beer) community for the better.

Brave Noise's mission is one step in the direction of change within the beer industry. Though we cannot legally hold breweries accountable for any abusive acts, we do our diligence to discuss any allegations with breweries who have submitted to participate in the collaboration and provide them with resources and suggestions on how to take action. We can only do so much which is why we need the entire beer community looking out for one another. If you see something, say something. If a brewery has recently been involved in an allegation and is working through the steps for change, that is ultimately our goal: change. We reserve the right to not promote any brewery on social media, the website, and any other distribution platforms for the Brave Noise collab until we know the correct actions (yes, that was meant to be plural) have been made. Brave Noise is not a shield. It is a step in committing to long-term work.
Any breweries that are currently participating in Brave Noise or are interested in doing so that have new or unaddressed allegations against them will be expected to publicly share how the matter has been addressed and what action is being taken. These statements will be reviewed before participation proceeds. If you have any questions about this process please reach out to hello@bravenoisebeer.com
